X-ray machine – Normally use to display of the contents of luggage, package or human body.the x-ray beams with wavelength in range of 0.01 to 10 nanometers,this wavelength or electro magnetic does not harm or damage electrical equipment / magnetic sensitive data.
This mean that Airport X-Ray machine will not harm your laptop or other goods like Digital camera, hand phone,Mp3/Mp4,External hard disk, PDA , Pendrive,Flashcard,Cd or other electronic gadget.
Note : Metal Detector can damage the above items, so u need to be alert not to scan with this metal detector.
Always carry the laptop on the plane with u, don’t ever keep your laptop in your luggage,it will damage due to unproper handling n missing.
From me n friends experience, Our Airport baggage handling are UNSAFE , so always lock the bag.Don’t ever keep the valuable item inside.
