Step 1. Uninstall KB971033 & Turn Off window update

2. Restart

( If you can still see the Tatoo as above ,goto next step if no – End/Done)

Step 3 . Goto CMD and Run as Administrator

4. Type : slmgr.vbs-rearm

5. Restart >>> Done

1. Open Windows Update by clicking the Start button , clicking All Programs, and then clicking Windows Update.

2. In the left pane, click Change settings.

3. Choose the option that you want.

4. Under Recommended updates, select the Include recommended updates when downloading, installing, or notifying me about updates check box, and then click OK. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

To uninstalled KB971033

   Click Start >>> Control Panel >>> Programs

   Click view install update >>> search update that you want to uninstall (KB971033)

   Select than uninstall

                                                 Done
