Malaysia was once a nation of hope and opportunity. We are a nation overflowing with natural resources, rich in exotic flora and fauna. We are a nation of plenty.
Political transformation was sparked in the 2008 General Elections giving Malaysians a flicker of hope. We won in the key states of Penang and Selangor. Our performance proved our ability to govern, and govern with competency, accountability and transparency.
This Chinese New Year, we would like you to be our messenger and take home a very important message to your parents, relatives, neighbours and friends.
We would like you to tell them about how important it is for Malaysia to have clean and fair elections, and why Bersih 2.0 was necessary. Show them what really happened on 9 July 2011 in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
