With rapid growth of our country,we proud to have a beautiful airport like KLIA, with demand of low fare n fast transport,most of us prefer flight with Air Asia.
Me! Its my first time with this airline, b4 that i always use MAS our first airline service. Back to Air Asia, the terminal in KL at LCCT located at cargo area (Behind KLIA). the cheapest way to LCCT from KL city are by bus cost you only RM9. With the low fare air transport service from this airliner, we can’t expect best service n nice terminal. the only thing that i not satisfied are:
Wifi service at the terminal,even thou it is free(its must be free in this era),they not suppose to limit 2hrs free wifi to their customer,its importance due to this low fare airline always delay n not on time. with unlimited wifi service the customer at least can full use their waiting time, our government must look into these matter.
SEAT (most importance part). from feedback from frequent Air Asia customer until now they don’t know whether the seat are free sitting or according to seat number,this make a “havoc” when on board. they should firm about the seat placement. from my first experience on the board of Air Asia,its seen that some air-hostess cannot handle this situation n make the situation become more complicated by asking the passenger to change the seat, one of the passenger been told by air-hostess that seat from number 1 to 5 are special rate,if the passenger insist to change to back seat they need to pay extra,this shouldn’t happen.these “havoc” can be avoided if the management follow by the seat number.many foreigner talking about the matter among them .it seem unhappy ,it show a bad image to our country.
So in near future i hope Air Asia can Solve the problems and give a best serve to their customer.
