Qn: Is walking better than jogging or is more intensive exercise required to keep a healthy heart?
Ans: Walking is better than jogging since jogging leads to early fatigue and injury to joints
Qn: You have done so much for the poor and needy. What has inspired you to do so?
Ans: Mother Theresa , who was my patient
Qn: Can people with low blood pressure suffer heart diseases?
Ans: Extremely rare
Qn: Does cholesterol accumulates right from an early age
(I'm currently only 22) or do you have to worry about it only after you are above 30 years of age?
Ans: Cholesterol accumulates from childhood.

Qn: How do you differentiate between pain caused by a heart attack and that caused due to gastric trouble?
Ans: Extremely difficult without ECG.
Qn: What is the main cause of a steep increase in heart problems amongst youngsters? I see people of about 30-40 yrs of age having heart attacks and serious heart problems.

Borneo - Mulu Caves

These incredible images show British scientists on an expedition to map a 'never-ending' cave network in a project that dates back more than 30 years.

The twisting network of caverns underneath Gunung Mulu National Park, in Sarawak, Borneo, contains the largest cave chamber in the world, the largest cave by volume and what is believed to be the largest cave passage.

Scientists carry out bi-annual visits into several caves and have so far mapped out an incredible 186 miles of the underground network.

Using lasers and other equipment they measured the dimensions of different sections of the numerous caverns stretching throughout the UNESCO World Heritage site and feed them into a computer to build up the map.

Working with Borneo's National Parks authority, the team of Brits also began mapping the area above the caves to help tourists trekking between the cave mouths know where they are.

BANANAS With Dark Patches On Yellow Skin

IMAGE11 IMAGE33

The fully ripe banana produces a substance called TNF (Tumor Necrosis Factor) which has the
ability to combat abnormal cells.
So don't be surprised very soon the shop will go out of stock for
bananas.
As the banana ripens, it develops dark spots or patches on the skin. The
more dark patches it has, the higher will be its' immunity enhancement quality .
Hence the Japanese love bananas for a good reason.
According to a Japanese scientific research,

banana contains TNF which has anti-cancer properties.

The degree of anti-cancer effect corresponds to the degree of ripeness of the fruit,

i.e. the riper the banana, the better
the anti-cancer quality..
In an animal experiment carried out by a professor in Tokyo University comparing
the various health benefits of different fruits, using banana, grape,
apple, water melon, pineapple, pear and persimmon, it was found that
banana gave the best results. It increased the number of white blood
cells, enhanced the immunity of the body and produced anti-cancer
substance TNF.
The recommendation is to eat 1 to 2 banana a day to increase your body
immunity to diseases like cold, flu and others.
According to the Japanese professor, yellow skin bananas with dark spots
on it are 8 times more effective in enhancing the property of white
blood cells than the green skin version

ALL ABOUT ATTITUDE.

ATTITUDE IS WHAT  LIFE  IS  ALL  ABOUT.......

1. SOLDIER : SIR  WE ARE SURROUNDED  FROM  ALL  SIDES  BY ENEMIES ,
MAJOR : EXCELLENT !  WE CAN ATTACK IN ANY DIRECTION.

2. EVERY ONE  KNOWS  ABOUT  ALEXANDER  GRAHAM BELL  WHO  INVENTED THE
TELEPHONE, BUT  HE  NEVER  MADE  A  CALL  TO  HIS  FAMILY.  BECAUSE, HIS
WIFE  AND DAUGHTER  WERE  DEAF. THAT'S  LIFE "  LIVE  FOR  OTHERS " .

3.  THE   WORST  IN  LIFE  IS  "ATTACHMENT " IT  HURTS  WHEN  YOU  LOSE
IT. THE   BEST  THING  IN  LIFE  IS " LONELINESS "  BECAUSE  IT  TEACHES
YOU EVERYTHING  AND,  WHEN  YOU  LOSE  IT,  YOU  GET EVERYTHING.

4.  LIFE  IS  NOT  ABOUT  THE  PEOPLE  WHO  ACT  TRUE TO  YOUR FACE ........

IT'S  ABOUT  THE  PEOPLE  WHO  REMAIN TRUE  BEHINDYOUR  BACK .

5.  IF  AN  EGG  IS  BROKEN  BY  AN  OUTSIDE  FORCE..A  LIFE ENDS. IF
AN  EGG  BREAKS  FROM  WITHIN...... .LIFE  BEGINS.

GREAT THINGS  ALWAYS  BEGIN  FROM  WITHIN .

6.  IT'S  BETTER  TO  LOSE  YOUR  EGO  TO  THE  ONE  YOU   LOVE. THAN
TO  LOSE  THE  ONE  YOU  LOVE ........ BECAUSE  OF   EGO .

7.   A  RELATIONSHIP  DOESN'T  SHINE  BY  JUST  SHAKING  HANDS
AT  THE  BEST OF TIMES. BUT  IT  BLOSSOMS  BY  HOLDING  FIRMLY
     IN  CRITICAL  SITUATIONS.

8. HEATED GOLD BECOMES ORNAMENTS. BETTED  COPPER  BECOMES  WIRES.
DEPLETED  STONE  BECOMES  STATUE. SO, THE  MORE PAIN  YOU  GET  IN
YOUR LIFE THE MORE VALUABLE YOU BECOME.

9.  WHEN  YOU  TRUST  SOMEONE  TRUST  HIM  COMPLETELY  WITHOUT
ANY  DOUBT....... AT  THE  END  YOU  WOULD  GET  ONE  OF THE  TWO :

EITHER  A  LESSON  FOR  YOUR  LIFE  OR A VERY GOOD  PERSON .

10. WHY  WE  HAVE  SO  MANY   TEMPLES ,  IF  GOD  IS  EVERYWHERE ?

A WISE  MAN  SAID :
AIR   IS  EVERYWHERE, BUT WE STILL NEED A FAN TO  FEEL  IT .

BEWARE OF RUBBER HAIR BANDS and SLIPPERS from China

Dear Everyone,

Be cautious of hair bands at open markets around the city – they are probably from China since they are purchased in bulk very very cheap !!!!
Take a good look before buying hair bands in future – specially like the following kind…..

These Hair bands were made from used condoms and threads.

BEIJING (AFP) - Used condoms are being recycled into hair bands in southern China threatening to spread sexually-transmittable diseases they were originally meant to prevent, state media reported Tuesday
In the latest example of potentially harmful Chinese-made products, rubber hair bands have been found in local markets and beauty salons in Dongguan and Guangzhou cities in southern Guangdong province, China Daily newspaper said.
'These cheap and colorful rubber bands and hair ties sell well ....... threatening the health of local people,' it said.. Despite being recycled, the hair bands could still contain bacteria and viruses, it said.
'People could be infected with AIDS, (genital) warts or other diseases if they hold the rubber bands or strings in their mouths while waving their hair into plaits or buns,' the paper quoted a local dermatologist who gave only his surname, Dong, as saying. A bag of ten of the recycled bands sells for just Rs.5, much cheaper than others on the market, accounting for their popularity, the paper said.
A government official was quoted as saying recycling condoms was illegal. China 's manufacturing industry has been repeatedly tarnished this year by a string of scandals involving shoddy or dangerous goods made for both domestic and foreign markets.
In response, it launched a public relations blitz this summer aimed at playing up efforts to strengthen monitoring systems.
Check your kids hair bands and make sure they do not put them in their mouth while trying to plait or tie their hair
.
See below for Chinese Slippers now being sold in Walmart in the US . Hopefully, they are not yet in India ....

This is very true as I heard it in news from one of our localradios here that our govt has to be extra careful on these cheap imports from china.. These includes clothes, food, toys, slippers and even glasses because the Chinese are using some strong but cheap chemical in their manufacturing process. Cheap is becoming expensive and at the same time fatal.

Buah Markisa / Passiflora edulis
